Aire Valley Explorers offers Explorer Scouts for both boys and girls between the ages of 13¹/₂ and 18. We have a comprehensive programme of Scouting activities  including 3 or 4 camps a year.

We also  follow the Duke of Edinburgh award scheme and have groups doing the bronze and gold awards at present.

At  present our members come from the Wilsden, Harden, Cullingworth and Denholme areas although new members are welcome from the surrounding area.

There are also Explorer Scout units based in Shipley, Saltaire and Bingley and we can put you in touch with these groups.

Aire Valley Explorers work closely with the Duke of Edinburgh's award scheme.  The scheme is open to anyone from the age of 14 and is a central part of our Scouting programme.
